Transactions processed through VIXOPAY are subject to fees, limits, and verification requirements. You authorize us to debit or credit your wallet in connection with your usage of services.

You agree not to use VIXOPAY for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorism financing, or scams. Violations may lead to account suspension and reporting to authorities.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to ensure uptime and reliability, VIXOPAY does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for delays, failures, or disruptions caused by third parties or network issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

VIXOPAY is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services, except where prohibited by law.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
